WHAT IS THE CAMPAIGN?
On February 16th, 2022, along with MIT, Vanderbilt, Princeton, and Yale, Fossil Free Stanford filed a legal complaint alleging that Stanford's investments in the fossil fuel industry were illegal under the Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act (UPMIFA).
